I want EDIH services. Where to start?
Initially, you should apply to the Latvian EDIH whose services you intend to use in the future, according to the EDIH's specialisation (see question "Are there differences between Latvian EDIHs?").
To apply for the DAoL, please fill in the application form - https://www.digitallatvia.lv/edic-latvija/pieteikties-atbalstam/. After completing the form, an DAoL expert will contact you to discuss the format of the cooperation.

Given that the State has stipulated that any State aid must be subject to a client verification, we will - in agreement with you - carry out an administrative criteria check of the company (no tax debts, no criminal record, de minimis balance check, etc.), which may take some time.

If all the administrative criteria are met, the DAoL Support Committee will decide on the provision of the services you require, which include two mandatory services - a Digital Maturity Test and the development of a Digital Development Roadmap. The basket of services required will be contracted.

You will then complete the Digital Maturity Test together with an EDIH expert and within 30 days of completing the test, a Digital Development Roadmap will be developed with your support, indicating which services or support programmes are most appropriate for your need. Various external experts may be involved in the development of the roadmap, depending on the need and specificities.

The roadmap is developed separately for each type of support, e.g. one Digital Development Roadmap for DAoL services, another Digital Development Roadmap for the ALTUM support programme. Many different Digital Development Roadmaps can be created for one company, depending on the need.
