Conference to Bring Together Entrepreneurs and Experts on Knowledge, Resilience, and Growth in the Digital Age

On November 4, the “Future Ready II” conference will take place at Fantadroms in Riga, organized by the Latvian Digital Accelerator in cooperation with the Latvian Information Technology Cluster.
The organizers invite entrepreneurs, leaders, and innovators to register and join discussions about the value of knowledge, learning opportunities at world-class universities, and security in the digital era.

“Learning today is no longer a choice — it’s a prerequisite for survival,”
emphasizes Liene Voroņenko, Head of Education and Employment at the Employers’ Confederation of Latvia.
“Knowledge is the key resource that enables companies to grow, remain resilient, and compete globally. Too often we overlook the opportunities already available to us — to learn, to collaborate, and to access support that can truly transform our thinking and business development.”

The conference will gather experts such as:

  • Kathleen D. Kennedy, Executive Director of the MIT Center for Collective Intelligence, will share insights on how to transform a traditional organization into an agile structure ready for the age of artificial intelligence. Drawing on MIT research, she will present practical methods and tools that help teams adapt to technological change and harness the power of the “supermind” — the synergy between humans and AI.
  • “We are all visible — often more than we realize,” reminds Avital (Avi) Sahar, strategic campaign leader and expert in public perception management. He will explore how our digital footprint can be both a risk and an asset — showing how to consciously manage your online presence, protect your reputation, and strengthen trust.
  • Psychologist Marija Ābeltiņa, CBT specialist and supervisor, will discuss how to stay grounded amid constant digitalization and information overload. “Burnout often doesn’t start from the amount of work, but from constant availability,” she notes, offering practical strategies for maintaining a healthy work-life balance in the digital age.

Through the Latvian Digital Accelerator’s training program, companies gain opportunities to learn not only from top Latvian experts but also from leading international universities such as the University of California, Berkeley (USA) and Aalto University (Finland).
This experience demonstrates how much can be achieved when we make full use of the knowledge available to us.

The conference will also feature success stories from Latvian companies on how digitalization has helped them grow, adapt, and become more resilient. These stories aim to inspire participants to view change not as a challenge, but as an opportunity.
